The bread brans are needle-shaped, granular, snowflake-shaped, flake-shaped, star-shaped or various shapes to meet the different needs of customers.

"Bread brans" is a widely used food additive, mainly used for fried steak, fried chicken legs and other fried accessories. The special production line for "bread brans" developed by our company has changed the traditional production process of bread brans. From the input of the fabric to the crushing and forming, it is an assembly line production, with few personnel, repeated use of raw materials, and no waste, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost and improves the labor productivity. The production line is composed of powder mixer, twin-screw main machine, bread bran cooling rack, traction cutting machine, elevator, bran pressing machine, bran punching machine, bran sieving machine, three-layer oven, and seasoning machine. The flour, starch, monoglyceride, brine and other materials are poured into the powder mixer according to the proportion and mixed evenly, and are uniformly and stably fed into the twin-screw barrel by the feeding mechanism. Cutting, kneading, extruding from the matching mold, after cooling, cutting, pressing bran, and beating the bran auxiliary process, the bran sieving machine makes the same size bread bran foam, and then dried in a three-layer oven, After proper seasoning by a seasoning machine, the finished bread brans are obtained.
